Figures in a psychological study have shown that when you see a face for the very first time, it takes only 1/10th of a second before you form an opinion on that person. Think of it this way - when somebody calls your business, they only have the voice at the end of the phone to go by. Try and impress them as you would if they walked in through your front door.
